News this week has been dominated by our winter weather.
It starts with trash services throughout the Rogue Valley halting normal services. Regular residential garbage pickup resumed Thursday, but there are many neighborhoods that remain inaccessible due to the build up of snow and ice.
Customers who missed this week’s collection should place their cans out on their normal scheduled day next week. Extra bags that don’t fit in bins will be collected free of charge if placed beside your bins.
Residents are urged to help crews by positioning trash cans away from snowdrifts along roads to ensure smoother operations.
